Here’s a little Easter egg to brighten up your Bunny Day weekend: the Zelda-like adventure game Anodyne is now joining for free PS Plus extra, despite no prior notification from Sony. It is worth noting that this title was previously part of the PS Now catalog before being promptly removed when the Japanese giant rebalanced its subscription tiers. Presumably renegotiated with the developer to add it back.
“Inspired by old-school 16-bit adventure classics, take part in a deep and wondrous journey that explores a vast world and many quirky, challenging and fun dungeons to discover what awaits in Young’s subconscious,” explains the official blurb. The game is heavily inspired by titles like A Link to the Past. So, if you’re in the mood for some old-school Nintendo action, check it out.
