The Instructional Design & Educational Technology team promotes the effective application of established and emerging technologies for teaching and learning. Browse technologies using the categories below, or scroll down to filter for a specific tool.
WebCampus (Canvas) is the University’s Learning Management System and integrates many of the tools and technologies that the Office of Digital Learning supports.

Blackboard Ally is the integrated accessibility checker in WebCampus. Ally provides guidance with icon indicators in the course for the level of accessibility for files (WCAG 2.0 level A and AA). Additionally, it provides more accessible versions of files in the course.

Camtasia is a video editing, production and screen recording platform that is available to academic faculty by request. Camtasia allows you to combine, trim and layer multiple tracks of video, audio, closed captioning and special effects. It is often utilized in conjunction with PowerPoint to create polished lecture recordings and instructional videos that can be reused from semester to semester.
